1. Scope of 10000 PIPES’Responsibilities

2. Customers Are Responsible for Confirming the Legality of Their Purchase

4. No Dealership, Agency, Wholesale, or Commercial Distribution Authorization
10000 PIPES currently does not operate or authorize any dealership, agency, wholesale, franchise, or commercial distribution network.A customer’s purchase of products through 10000 PIPES represents only a product transaction between the customer and 10000 PIPES.Purchasing from 10000 PIPES does not grant the customer any:Dealership rights;Agency rights;Wholesale rights;Distribution rights;Franchise rights;Territorial sales rights;Brand-representative status;Commercial promotion authorization;Resale authorization;Or any similar commercial authorization.

6. Prohibition on Supplying Age-Restricted Products to Minors
Customers must not use products purchased from 10000 PIPES in any manner that violates local laws concerning minors or minimum purchasing ages.Prohibited conduct may include:Selling products to persons below the legal age;Transferring products to persons below the legal age where prohibited;Purchasing products on behalf of minors;Using false identity information to assist minors in obtaining products;Otherwise attempting to circumvent legal age restrictions.Any legal responsibility resulting from such conduct shall be borne by the person engaging in it.10000 PIPES expressly opposes any attempt to circumvent legal purchasing-age requirements.

9. Customs Clearance Does Not Automatically Legalize Subsequent Activities
The fact that an order has successfully completed declaration, tax payment, and customs clearance only means that the relevant procedures associated with that import transaction have been completed.Customs clearance does not automatically mean that the customer may subsequently resell, advertise, commercially distribute, or otherwise deal with the products without restriction.Importation, possession, use, retail sale, wholesale activity, advertising, promotion, and commercial distribution may each be governed by separate laws and licensing systems.Therefore, even after a product has been lawfully cleared through customs and delivered, customers remain responsible for ensuring that any subsequent activity complies with applicable local law.
10. Personal Purchases & Commercial Activities

13. Limits of the Assistance We Provide
If a customer experiences a legitimate:Order inquiry, logistics inquiry, customs-document issue, product issue, or after-sales matter,10000 PIPES will provide reasonable assistance.However, we will not:Design methods to circumvent laws;Provide tax-evasion strategies;Provide methods for avoiding customs inspection;Assist with forged documents;Help circumvent sales-license requirements;Help conceal the true nature of a transaction;Provide documentation intended to conceal or support unlawful conduct.Legal and regulatory compliance is a fundamental condition of the services provided by 10000 PIPES.
14. Limitation of Responsibility

15. Account & Order Measures
Where we have reasonable grounds to believe that a customer is using 10000 PIPES to engage in:Fraud, customs evasion, tax evasion, unlawful commercial distribution, circumvention of sales restrictions, supply of products to minors, or other clearly unlawful activity,we may, to the extent permitted by applicable law, take reasonable measures including:Refusing the relevant request;Placing an order on hold;Cancelling an order that has not yet been dispatched;Restricting certain account functions;Requesting additional lawful documentation;Refusing to continue providing the relevant service.These measures are intended to protect the legitimate interests of customers, employees, 10000 PIPES, and our service providers.
16. Customer Acknowledgment
