In 2007, I took my first step into the tobacco industry in Zimbabwe, beginning with tobacco leaf sourcing.Over the past 19 years, my work has expanded from tobacco-growing regions, raw material research, and leaf blend development to finished tobacco product trading, global supply chains, and cross-border logistics.Years of first-hand experience have given me extensive knowledge of many of the world’s important tobacco origins, including Zimbabwean flue-cured tobacco, Brazilian flue-cured and Burley tobacco, Malawian Burley, Turkish Oriental tobacco, American Virginia, and Dominican cigar leaf. Along the way, I have also built long-standing and stable relationships with tobacco manufacturers, raw material suppliers, and other industry partners around the world.
My years in international B2B trade have taken me far beyond the products themselves. My work has extended across sourcing, consolidation, warehousing, sorting, packing, ocean freight, air freight, customs declaration, and customs clearance.This experience has given me a comprehensive understanding of how a product moves from its origin, across countries and regions, and ultimately reaches the customer through a safe and compliant process.
From B2B to the Consumer
In 2026, I decided to establish 10000 PIPES.It represents a new step for me—from many years of serving business customers to serving consumers directly.The idea behind 10000 PIPES is simple:To use 19 years of industry experience, supplier relationships, and supply-chain resources to remove unnecessary intermediaries, operate on reasonable margins, and give customers access to authentic products from around the world at more reasonable prices.
We want 10000 PIPES to offer more than a broad selection of products. We also want to make the entire purchasing process more transparent—from product sourcing and pricing to taxation and cross-border delivery.Our foundation did not begin with the creation of a website.The real foundation behind 10000 PIPES is 19 years of accumulated tobacco-industry experience and global supply-chain resources.
Lower Prices, Without Avoiding the Rules
I believe that truly sustainable low prices should never be built on tax evasion, false declarations, or attempts to circumvent regulations.For 19 years, lawful operations, regulatory compliance, genuine transactions, truthful declarations, and proper payment of applicable taxes and duties have been the foundation of how I conduct business.These principles are also at the heart of 10000 PIPES.We want customers to be able to purchase authentic products at reasonable prices while completing the applicable tax and import procedures based on their actual orders.
For orders shipped to Mainland China, we have established a corresponding compliance process and engaged cooperating companies in Mainland China to provide the relevant tax-processing and customs-clearance services.Once customers complete the required tax payment, identification submission, and delivery-address confirmation associated with their orders, the subsequent declaration, customs-clearance, and logistics procedures are handled through our supply-chain and service-partner network.
Our goal is to keep the complicated parts of cross-border purchasing on our side.Once customers have completed the necessary purchasing and compliance procedures, they should simply be able to wait for the package to arrive at their door.Our Goal: Delivery Within 7 Days，One of the greatest frustrations of cross-border shopping is the long and uncertain wait.That is why logistics efficiency has been one of our key priorities from the very beginning.
For Mainland China orders, under normal logistics and customs-clearance conditions, we will make every reasonable effort to keep delivery within 7 days, minimizing unnecessary waiting wherever possible.By establishing standardized order, tax, declaration, and customs-clearance procedures in advance, we want customers to avoid having to understand and manage complicated cross-border customs procedures themselves.
Our goal is to make the experience as straightforward as possible:Choose Your Products→Complete Your Order→Complete the Required Tax & Identification Procedures→We Handle the Remaining Process→Your Package Arrives at Your Door，Of course, international transportation may still be affected by customs inspections, flight changes, weather conditions, public holidays, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.For this reason, delivery within 7 days is a service goal that we work toward under normal conditions rather than an absolute delivery guarantee in every circumstance.
Starting With Mainland China, Expanding Our Compliance Network
Mainland China is only the first step in building this system.As 10000 PIPES develops, we plan to gradually expand this model to Japan, South Korea, and Taiwan.We intend to identify appropriately qualified local companies and, subject to applicable local laws and regulatory requirements, explore similar systems for tax processing, import declaration, customs clearance, and local delivery.
Our goal is for customers in more markets to complete the necessary purchasing and compliance procedures without having to manage complicated cross-border customs processes themselves.
However, import, taxation, and regulatory requirements for tobacco and related products vary significantly between countries and regions.For this reason, we will not make commitments beyond our actual service capabilities before a compliant service structure has been formally established in a particular market.Once appropriate partners, compliance procedures, and service systems have been formally established for a country or region, we will publish the latest developments and applicable purchasing procedures on the official 10000 PIPES website.In the future, we hope customers in more countries and regions will be able to enjoy a simpler, more transparent, and more standardized cross-border purchasing experience.
Why Aren’t Our Prices Even Lower Yet?
10000 PIPES is only at the beginning of its journey, and much of our infrastructure is still being developed.To replenish inventory quickly and minimize the time products remain out of stock, much of our current international replenishment relies on air freight.Air freight has one major advantage:Speed.But it also has a very clear disadvantage:It is expensive.As a result, even though we are already working to remove unnecessary intermediaries and keep our own margins reasonable, some of our current product prices may not yet be significantly lower than those offered by more established retailers.
We are fully aware of this, and it is something we are actively working to improve.We hope customers will give this new project some time, and we sincerely appreciate everyone who chooses to support 10000 PIPES during this early stage.Because today’s cost structure is not where we ultimately want to be.
The Next Step: Building a Better Transit-Warehouse Network
10000 PIPES is gradually developing a more comprehensive international transit-warehouse, consolidation, and supply-chain network.As our purchasing scale and order volume grow, we aim to build a more efficient process involving:Centralized Purchasing→Transit-Warehouse Consolidation→Inventory Allocation→ Consolidated Transportation→Sorting→Customs Clearance→Final Delivery，Through larger-scale purchasing, consolidated transportation, and more efficient inventory allocation, we hope to progressively reduce the international logistics cost carried by each individual product.This will be one of the most important foundations for further reducing prices across 10000 PIPES.
Our philosophy is straightforward:If our suppliers do not increase their prices, then as our transit-warehouse network develops, our purchasing scale grows, and our overall logistics costs decline, we intend to reflect those supply-chain savings directly in our product prices.In other words, we do not want the growth of 10000 PIPES to benefit only the company.As our supply chain becomes more efficient, we want our customers to share directly in the savings created by that efficiency.
