9. WeChat Mini Program Process for Mainland China Customers
After completing payment for the product order on 10000 PIPES, Mainland China customers must complete the relevant process through our designated WeChat Mini Program where required.The general process is:Complete payment for the 10000 PIPES order→Log in to the designated WeChat Mini Program using the same mobile phone number registered with 10000 PIPES→Personal Center→My Orders→Pending Payment→The corresponding tax order is automatically generated→Pay the applicable tax amount→Pay the applicable tax amount→Upload the required identification information→Enter or confirm the delivery address again→Enter or confirm the delivery address again→Complete the relevant order process.

10. Purchase Quantity Limits
Customers must comply with personal import and purchasing limits applicable in the destination country or region.For Mainland China customers, 10000 PIPES may establish purchase limits according to current business and customs-compliance requirements.Please refer to the latest:《First Purchase Guide》.If an order exceeds the limits permitted by 10000 PIPES or clearly fails to satisfy applicable purchasing conditions, we may require the customer to modify the order or refuse to process the portion exceeding the permitted limit.
