2. Please Check Purchase Limits Before Adding Products to Your Cart
Tobacco, nicotine, and related products are subject to different import, taxation, and regulatory requirements depending on the destination country or region.Customers are responsible for reviewing and understanding the applicable laws and customs requirements of their destination before making a purchase.For orders shipped to Mainland China, 10000 PIPES currently applies the following purchase and shipping limits based on the rules applicable to our fulfillment process:Cigars: no more than 25 cigars.Pipe tobacco, rolling tobacco, and hookah tobacco: no more than 3 kg net weight in total.Heated tobacco sticks / HNB tobacco products: no more than 2 cartons.Orders exceeding these limits will generally not be shipped, and customers may be asked to adjust the quantity of their order before fulfillment.These limits are intended primarily for orders shipped to Mainland China and should not be considered applicable to other countries or regions.Customers outside Mainland China must independently check the laws and customs regulations of their destination country regarding tobacco, nicotine products, electronic cigarettes, import quantities, taxes, duties, and legal purchasing age before placing an order.Information provided by 10000 PIPES is for general purchasing guidance only and does not constitute legal, tax, or customs advice.
If a shipment is inspected, delayed, returned, detained, confiscated, or otherwise affected by the laws, customs policies, import restrictions, purchasing eligibility requirements, or regulatory decisions of the destination country or region, 10000 PIPES will provide reasonable assistance with order information and documentation where possible, but cannot accept legal liability for decisions made by local customs or regulatory authorities.Customers must not split orders, provide false information, under-declare goods, or use any other method intended to circumvent applicable laws, customs regulations, or tax obligations.
3. Free Shipping on Mainland China Orders Over RMB ¥400
10000 PIPES currently offers the following shipping benefit for customers with delivery addresses in Mainland China:Orders with a product value of RMB ¥400 or more qualify for free shipping.Orders shipped outside Mainland China are currently not eligible for this free-shipping promotion.Shipping charges for other countries and regions will be calculated or displayed during checkout based on factors such as destination, shipment weight, and available shipping methods.Please note that free shipping applies only to eligible transportation costs.Free shipping does not mean tax-free or duty-free.Any legally applicable import taxes, customs duties, or government charges remain separate from shipping costs.
4. Mainland China Customers: Complete Tax Payment & Customs Declaration Through Our WeChat Mini Program
This section applies only to customers shipping orders to Mainland China. Customers in other countries or regions may disregard this section.Please note:Paying for your products on the 10000 PIPES website does not complete the entire purchasing process for Mainland China orders.After completing payment on our website, you must continue through our designated WeChat Mini Program to complete the applicable tax payment, submit the required identity information, and confirm your delivery address.Your order can proceed to customs processing and shipment only after all required steps have been completed.
Step 1: Pay for Your Order on 10000 PIPES
Select your products, complete the checkout information, and pay for your order on the 10000 PIPES website.After successful payment, a QR code for our designated WeChat Mini Program will appear below your order information.Scan the QR code with WeChat to enter the Mini Program.
Step 2: Log In Using the Same Mobile Phone Number
After entering the WeChat Mini Program, please log in using:The same mobile phone number used to register your 10000 PIPES account.The website order and the corresponding tax order in the WeChat Mini Program need to be matched through the relevant account and order information. Customers should therefore keep their mobile phone number and other necessary order information consistent.
Step 3: Go to Personal Center→My Orders→Pending Payment
After successfully logging in to the WeChat Mini Program, go to:Personal Center→My Orders→Pending Payment.The system will automatically generate a corresponding tax order based on the product order you have already paid for on 10000 PIPES.You do not need to calculate the applicable tax yourself.The system will automatically calculate the amount of tax payable based on the products in your corresponding order, the actual purchase amount, and the applicable tax rates.Please review the order and tax information and then complete the tax payment directly through the Mini Program.
Step 4: Upload Your Identification Information
Cross-border orders entering Mainland China must complete the required customs declaration and clearance procedures.You will therefore be asked to provide the valid identification information required for the purchaser/recipient during the Mini Program process.Before placing your order, we recommend preparing:Your valid Mainland China Resident Identity Card (ID card), or clear and complete photographs of your ID card that meet the system’s upload requirements.Please ensure that your name, identification details, and other customs declaration information are authentic, accurate, and complete.Incomplete information, incorrect details, unclear photographs, or failure to complete the required identity verification may prevent the shipment from being properly declared, cleared through customs, or dispatched.Do not use another person’s identity information or submit false identification documents.The required identification information will be used for purposes necessary to process the corresponding cross-border order, including identity verification, customs declaration, and customs clearance.
Step 5: Enter and Confirm Your Delivery Address Again
After submitting the required identification information, please follow the instructions in the WeChat Mini Program to enter or confirm your delivery address and recipient information again.Please carefully verify:Recipient name, mobile phone number, province/city/district, detailed delivery address, and any other information required by the system.The information provided in the Mini Program must be authentic and complete and should correspond with the actual recipient and customs declaration information for the order.Incorrect or incomplete delivery information may result in delays during customs declaration, clearance, or final delivery.
Step 6: Complete the Full Order Process
For Mainland China customers, the complete purchasing process is:①Pay for your product order on 10000 PIPES→②Scan the WeChat Mini Program QR code displayed on the order page→③Log in using the same mobile phone number registered with 10000 PIPES→④Go to“Personal Center→My Orders→Pending Payment”→⑤
Review the automatically generated tax order and calculated tax amount→⑥Pay the applicable tax in full
→⑦Upload the required ID information→⑧Enter and confirm your delivery address again→⑨Complete the order and wait for customs declaration, clearance, and shipment。
Only after the required steps above have been completed will a Mainland China order be considered complete for the purposes of payment, tax processing, and submission of the necessary customs information.If a customer pays for the products on the 10000 PIPES website but does not complete the corresponding tax order, identification submission, address confirmation, or other required procedures in the WeChat Mini Program, the order will be placed on hold and will not be shipped.
Taxes & Compliant Customs Declaration
10000 PIPES is committed to a legal and transparent cross-border purchasing and declaration process.Applicable taxes in the Mini Program are calculated according to the corresponding order information, purchase amount, and applicable rules. Customers must pay the full amount displayed by the system.10000 PIPES does not provide or support false customs declarations, under-declaration of product value, concealment of product information, use of false identity information, unauthorized alteration of declaration methods, or any other practice intended to avoid legally applicable taxes or customs requirements.After completing the required purchasing, tax payment, and customs information procedures, you can track your order status and available logistics information through:My Orders on the 10000 PIPES website.
The designated WeChat Mini Program，Under normal circumstances, packages are expected to arrive at Mainland China delivery addresses approximately 3–7 days after dispatch.Actual delivery times may be affected by flight schedules, weekends and public holidays, customs inspections, weather conditions, destination logistics, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Therefore, the 3–7 day timeframe is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery commitment.
