DTM Tumblin’ Dice is a distinctive natural Virginia/Perique (VaPer) blend combining naturally sweet light and medium-brown Virginias with a noticeable proportion of genuine Louisiana Perique, without added top flavorings. Its defining feature is the unusual Special Cube Cut: the tobaccos are first cut lengthwise, pressed for a period of time, cut again crosswise into approximately 6mm cubes, and finally matured. Each individual “dice” therefore contains the complete blend. Virginia provides natural sweetness with hay, grain and citrus notes, while Louisiana Perique contributes fermented dark fruit, plum, raisin and distinctive peppery spice. Rich, rounded and naturally sweet-spicy, Tumblin’ Dice burns slowly and coolly and performs particularly well in larger bowls, making it an excellent choice for VaPer enthusiasts who appreciate prominent Perique and unusual traditional tobacco preparations.
