Rattray’s Old Gowrie is a classic Virginia-based blend from the Rattray’s British Collection, made from fine dark Virginia tobaccos with a touch of Kentucky and Perique. The tobaccos are pressed and matured for up to three months before being cut and hand-rubbed into a coarse Broken Flake. The Virginias provide rich natural sweetness with dark fruit, bread, hay and subtle citrus notes, while Kentucky adds nutty, woody, earthy and toasted depth, with Perique contributing gentle raisin, fig and peppery spice. Naturally tobacco-forward with no noticeable added flavoring, Old Gowrie offers a cool, balanced and satisfying medium-strength smoke suitable for all-day enjoyment.
