Reiner Blend No. 71 Golden Flake, also known as Long Golden Flake, is one of Reiner’s signature blends, combining fine Golden Virginia, White Burley, and a touch of Perique, pressed into long flakes and rolled into the tin. Golden Virginia forms the heart of the blend, offering bright citrus, honey-like, bready and naturally sweet notes, while White Burley contributes subtle nuttiness and toasted depth and the small amount of Perique adds gentle dried-fruit and spicy complexity. A light honey and orange topping complements the natural tobacco character without overpowering it. Medium in strength and taste with a pleasant room note, it is a cool, slow-burning and highly enjoyable Virginia/Perique Flake suitable for regular all-day smoking.
