Samuel Gawith Cabbie’s Roll Cut is a traditional Virginia/Perique (VaPer) blend combining naturally sweet Virginias with spicy Perique. The tobaccos are first twisted and matured under pressure, allowing their flavors to marry and develop before the rope is sliced into distinctive Coins / Roll Cut. Virginia provides the foundation with natural sweetness, hay, citrus, bread and subtle fruit, while Perique contributes plum, raisin-like fermented fruit and peppery spice. Balanced between sweetness and spice, with no prominent aromatic topping, Cabbie’s Roll Cut offers a classic medium-strength VaPer experience with considerably rich flavor and the traditional character of sliced rope tobacco.
