Gawith Hoggarth Dark Bird’s Eye Mixture is a historic and uncompromising Dark-Fired Virginia / Kentucky tobacco rooted in the traditional Kendal style, with Bird’s Eye mixtures documented as far back as the late 19th century. It combines dark-fired whole-leaf Virginias with dark-fired leaf and mid-rib, the latter producing the distinctive little “bird’s eyes” visible in the cut tobacco.
