DTM Bill Bailey’s Balkan Blend is a rich, old-school Balkan / English mixture composed of premium Virginias, generous Orientals, approximately 10% Dark-Fired Kentucky, over 40% Latakia, and a touch of Louisiana Perique, with no added flavoring. Latakia dominates with deep smoky, woody, leathery and campfire-like character, while the Orientals contribute aromatic herbs, incense, tanginess and exotic spice. Dark-Fired Kentucky adds earthy, toasted and smoky body, Perique provides subtle pepper and fermented dark-fruit complexity, and Virginia supplies restrained natural sweetness to balance the darker tobaccos. Full-bodied, powerful in flavor and distinctly traditional, it is particularly suited to experienced Balkan and Latakia enthusiasts.
